How do I pre-order a meal? كيف أطلب وجبة مسبقًا؟
Open the app, pick a restaurant, add items to your order, choose a pickup or arrival time, and confirm. Your meal is timed to be ready when you arrive. افتح التطبيق، اختر مطعمًا، أضف الأصناف إلى طلبك، حدّد وقت الوصول أو الاستلام، ثم أكّد. يُحضّر طعامك ليكون جاهزًا عند وصولك.
How do I reserve a table? كيف أحجز طاولة؟
Choose a restaurant, tap Reserve, pick the date, time, and party size, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation and reminders. اختر مطعمًا، اضغط «احجز»، حدّد التاريخ والوقت وعدد الأشخاص، ثم أكّد. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد وتذكيرات.
Can I cancel or get a refund? هل يمكنني الإلغاء أو استرداد المبلغ؟
Cancellation and refund options depend on the restaurant's policy and timing, shown when you book. If you need help, email support@walem.app. تعتمد خيارات الإلغاء والاسترداد على سياسة المطعم والتوقيت، وتظهر عند الحجز. إن احتجت مساعدة، راسل support@walem.app.
I forgot my password. نسيت كلمة المرور.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" (or use the email one-time code) to reset access to your account. في شاشة الدخول، اضغط «نسيت كلمة المرور» (أو استخدم رمز البريد لمرة واحدة) لاستعادة الوصول إلى حسابك.

How do we manage orders and tables? كيف ندير الطلبات والطاولات؟
The restaurant app gives you a real-time order queue, table availability controls, and menu and pricing management. يمنحك تطبيق المطاعم قائمة طلبات فورية، وأدوات للتحكم بتوفّر الطاولات، وإدارة للقائمة والأسعار.
Deleting your account & data حذف حسابك وبياناتك
You can delete your Walem account and personal data at any time:
- In the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm.
- By email: send a request from your registered email to privacy@walem.app with the subject "Delete my account".
We delete your profile and personal data, except records we are legally required to keep (such as transaction history for tax and fraud- prevention purposes). Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في والم وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت:
- داخل التطبيق: انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
- عبر البريد: أرسل طلبًا من بريدك المسجّل إلى privacy@walem.app بعنوان «حذف حسابي».
نحذف ملفك الشخصي وبياناتك الشخصية، باستثناء السجلات التي يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها قانونًا (مثل سجل المعاملات لأغراض الضرائب ومنع الاحتيال). وتُنفَّذ طلبات الحذف خلال 30 يومًا. راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل.
